Jimmy Cricket enjoyed a “wonderful afternoon” at the Gladstone Theatre on The Wirral recently.
The Port Sunlight venue hosted Jimmy’s popular comedy play No more Fiffing and Faffing in the afternoon as part of a tour of the north of England.
And in the evening, the famous comedian caught up with some old pals for dinner.
He tweeted: “Wonderful afternoon at the @gladtheav [Gladstone Theatre] with a performance of the Comedy, ‘No More Fiffing and Faffing’.
“My thanks to Ken our set designer, Jordan the manager, Nathan on sound and lighting and all the volunteers! Great also catching up with old friends for an evening meal! ”
No more Fiffing and Faffing had a highly successful debut last September at the Blackburn Empire Theatre.
The Met in Bury and the Chorley Little Theatre in Lancashire are among the other venues where it has been performed.
