Well Folks,welcome to one of the happiest periods in my showbiz career!
When the Comedy writing Legend, “Eddie Braben”, said he was going to write a, “Comedy Radio Show”, for me I felt like all my Christmas’s had come all at once! He said we will surround you with three brilliant actors:- Bill Pertwee, Noreen Kershaw, Peter Goodwright, and bring in one of the best Radio Comedy Producers around Mike Craig!
“Jimmy’s Cricket Team”, came out in the early nineties and went on to notch up four series. The first series was recorded at, “The City Varieties Theatre”, in Leeds, and the rest at, “The Club Theatre”, in Altrincham!
I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoyed performing in them!
