The latest staging of Jimmy Cricket’s comedy play is in Port Sunlight tomorrow (Sunday 6 October).
No more Fiffing and Faffing takes place at the Gladstone Theatre on The Wirral.
The production had a highly successful debut last September at the Blackburn Empire Theatre.
As a result, Jimmy has taken it on a tour around the north of England.
The venues so far include The Met in Bury and the Chorley Little Theatre in Lancashire.
Veteran comedian Jimmy wrote the play and also stars in it. Also performing are Jonathan Young (The Bachelors) and actor Colin Meredith, who has appeared in Coronation Street.
The play begins in Port Sunlight tomorrow at at 2-30pm – book by visiting gladstonetheatre.org.uk or ringing 0151 643 8757.
The website says about the play: “We see Joe and Jerry strut their stuff on stage, then follow them to the dressing soom where they settle old scores!
“Luckily Stage Manager Archie Gibbons is on hand to sort things out, enabling the boys to perform all their best routines for their loyal fans at their swan song show!
“It will be an emotional and fun-packed night!
“You’ve heard of the great double acts in history, ‘Morecambe and Wise’, ‘Cannon and Ball’, ‘Holland and Barrett’.
“Now meet Fiffin and Faffen!”
