Jimmy Cricket is returning to do another show at the Club Tropicana in Skegness this summer.
The popular entertainer is back at the 2,000-seater venue on the Lincolnshire coast on Friday (26 July).
The club, which is based on the Golden Palm Resort Holiday Park, hosts a variety of acts including live bands, singers, dancers and comedians.

The famous Northern Irish comedian, 71, has performed at the Club Tropicana in Skegness previously and returns for a show there on Friday 26 July (8pm start).
Club Tropicana’s website describes itself as the “East Coast’s finest ‘live’ entertainment venue”.
In anticipation of Jimmy’s latest show at the club in Chapel St Leonards, it talks about “the very welcome return of the superstar TV comedian Jimmy Cricket, with full supporting show from the brilliant Kaiser Monkey Killers and Starlite 19”.

He had also done a show last September at the 2,000-seater club, which hosts a variety of acts including live bands, singers, dancers and comedians.

That write-up set the scene for famous comedian Jimmy Cricket’s show at the Ruskington Methodist Church in the village of Ruskington, just outside Sleaford in Lincolnshire, last Friday (16 November).
An Evening With Jimmy Cricket was organised as an outreach event – such activities provide services to populations who might not otherwise have access to those opportunities – and was well attended.
The Irish funnyman was joined on stage by his compere for such events, Chris Gidney, who runs his own production company called That’s Entertainment Productions.
His company is involved in producing several pantomimes over the forthcoming Christmas season, including for the Medina Theatre in Newport on the Isle of Wight.
Jimmy said: “I would especially like to thank the organisers of the event – Bob Potter, Colin Porter and Roy Carter – who did a sterling job in making sure all the tickets were sold.
“I would also like to note the excellent contribution that Nick Page from Shorehill Arts played in making this show a success, as he helped arrange the event with Ruskington Methodist church.”

Irish comedian Jimmy Cricket has helped to raise money for a charity formed in memory of a little girl who died from a brain tumour.
He was appearing at the Corn Exchange Theatre in Stamford, Lincolnshire, over half-term week and part of the revenue from the show went to a local charity called Anna’s Hope.
The leading children’s brain tumour charity in the east of England, Anna’s Hope is dedicated to giving hope to children and young people diagnosed with a brain tumour.
It was inspired by Anna Olivia Hughes, who tragically died from a brain tumour aged only three years and eight months, and was set up by Anna’s parents, Rob and Carole Hughes, and her five godparents in October 2006.
Jimmy said: “I would like to thank the Corn Exchange manager Judith Mackie who put in a lot of hard work to make my visit happen. It was also her idea to raise funds for this very worthy cause.”
