This DVD “Pull your seats forward” was recorded a few years ago at the beautiful Royal court Theatre in Bacup, Lancashire.
Needless to say, it’s full of family entertainment with lots of gags, routines and a phone call and letter from my mammy – all the things you expect from Jimmy Cricket.
And there’s more! I’ve also thrown in some surprises and extras – like doing a swing section with a six-piece band. Plus there are another 20 minutes of special features where I do a “Mammy’s Letter Rap” and have some friendly banter with my son Frank. The DVD also includes my famous “Leaving Home” poem and sentimental ballad called “I’m Dreaming of a Far off Land”.
All in all, nearly 90 minutes of clean, wholesome, family entertainment!
The DVD, which has sold thousands of copies, was shot professionally with four cameras. If you want it signed personally, I’m happy to do that!
